1. Overview

CHEERSTAGE is an entertainment platform where users create and run AIdols (AI virtual idols) with AI staff and connect with fans.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information. During invite-only periods an invite code may be required. We may suspend or delete accounts for suspected abuse.

3. AI-generated content

Images, music, video, and text may be AI-generated. Do not intentionally mimic real people or existing IP. Adult, hateful, violent, or illegal content is prohibited. We do not warrant commercial fitness of outputs.

4. Rights in outputs

To the extent permitted by law, usage rights in outputs you generate by spending credits belong to you (subject to studio policy). We retain a non-exclusive license to copy, display, and analyze outputs for operations, safety, and promotion. You are responsible for third-party IP claims.

5. Credits

Generation and some features consume credits. Failed jobs due to system faults are generally refunded as credits. Pricing and reward rates follow on-site notices and may change with notice.

6. Prohibited use & suspension

No unauthorized use of real persons, IP mimicry, scraping, harassment, payment/credit fraud, or illegal acts. We may warn, restrict, suspend, or delete accounts.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is. Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

8. Governing law

Japanese law. Exclusive first-instance jurisdiction: Tokyo District Court.
