Email, role, language, usage logs, generation metadata, payment data (when enabled), device/browser info, and cookies/analytics (including Mixpanel and Microsoft Clarity).

2. Purposes

Provide the service, authenticate, send notices, prevent abuse, improve quality, analytics, support, and legal compliance.

3. Processors

We may use processors such as Vercel, Supabase, Resend, OpenAI/FAL, Mixpanel/Clarity, and Sentry. We do not sell personal data.

4. International transfers

Data may be processed outside Japan depending on processors.

5. Retention

We retain data as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize.

6. Your rights

Contact support@cheerstage.com for access, correction, or deletion requests.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and improvement.
